Fasting once a week and 3 days a year will start your body sending its energy total areas that need healing. You will lose unneeded weight, gain energy, and generally feel healthier.
Fasting will also draw you closer to God, his desires for you, and help you with willpower. Repetitive sin weakens our connection and communications with God.

This is the most important by far. We must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We must know in our hearts and believe with our mouths that he is our Lord and Savoir. It is estimated that 85% of people who identify as Christians do not read God’s word. It is also estimated that 45% of Pastors don't believe the bible is God's perfect word. Know how to defend God’s word, His Son, and how to lead and evangelize to others when the opportunity arises. Christians must be stripped of false and misleading House of Rothchild sponsored doctrine, especially the teachings of a “pre-tribulation rapture”, "Once Saved Always Saved", and "Christian Zionism". Simply ask people if they know Jesus. Tell them Jesus is the only living God. Tell them Jesus is fully God!
PHYSICALLY:
Stop Taking Medications. Millions of Americans are going to die simply because the medications they are addicted too will no longer be available. Almost every ailment to mankind has a natural or spiritual cure. It is estimated half of America is addicted to at least one medication. You must take care of yourself. Eat healthy, exercise, support a healthy immune system, lose weight, and be mobile. Millions are going to die simply because they do not trust in God. Detoxify from the relentless on-slaught of nano heavy metals poisoning us by chemtrails, mRNA graphene oxide injections, vaccine shedding, and the many poisons purposely placed in our food, water, and toothpaste.
FINANCIALLY:
Pay off your home. Drop insurances wherever possible. Get the bulk of your money out of anything digital; Bank Accounts, Stocks, Bonds, Pensions, Annuity's, etc. Have some cash on hand, possibly some silver and gold. Stock and grow food, store and purify water, and have sustainable heat sources. Stock AKJB1611 bibles. Be able to protect these items, the lives of your loved ones, and the lives of those in your community. Have tangible assets to barter with; Ammo, Seeds, Propane, Fuel, Food, etc. The longer you can stay under the Devils radar, the longer you can lead soles to Jesus. Put yourself and those you care about in the best position possible to never participate in Antichrist’s Beast System. Be prepared to die and leave this temporary world. Like it or not, believe it or not, our glorious Lord and Savor Jesus Christ is returning! "And except those days be shortened, there should no flesh be saved:" (Mat. 24:22)
“If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, And one of you say onto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and fulfilled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?” (James 2:15-17)
Those in the Cities are going to die of violence, fire, pestilence and famine. Those in the country will die by the sword, defending their God given freedom and property. Those in the mountains will escape and mourn (Ezekiel 7:15-16 & George Washington’s Vision’s). Survival is not the end game, accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savor is. It will be important to form small groups of strong like-minded individuals so we can survive as long as possible and help as many as possible come to Christ, Jesus. I believe that those of us that do this will be placed under the protection of God and will endure till the end, the Blessed Hope when we meet our Lord in the Clouds! (Titus 2:13, 1Thes 4:17 & 1 Cor. 15:52)
We need to be “Warriors for Jesus Christ”. We must put on the armor of God and prepare to do battle. We are being called to defend Jesus with our very lives!
Know how to “Feed, Lead & Save”. We will help lead people to Christ by 1st feeding and warming them and 2nd by explaining to them what is and will take place. The Devil is in full control now. He has corrupted every ruling entity and agency in every nation. He controls the 501C churches. He even controls the weather. He has worked his way to the bottom level of the pyramid. There is no hope other than Jesus Christ and his Glorious Return. Every last human would be destroyed if not for the salvation of Jesus and His triumphant return. (Mat. 24:22).
When a emergency occurs whether natural or by Satanic Zionist Elite you want to be close to home, at home or someplace safe like your bugout compound or a predetermined friend or relatives. You do not be traveling, shopping, work far from home, or in a large crowd. If you do find yourself out and about, above all stay calm and work your plan. Make your way home olr to the nearest safe pl;ace away from people. It is a good idfea to have some bugout supplies in your vehical at all times.

***For approximately $100 per person you can put yourself in a position to hunker down till order can be restored if it is less than 1-3 weeks. The vast amount of chaos will occur in the 1st 3-7 days. Longer than 7 days and you'll want to be as remote and armed as possible! If the emergency last more than 30 days, America, especially those in or around cities will die. America could lose 2/3's of its present population by day 90. That's approximately a 1/4 of a billion legal and illegal citizens.
Council friends and family that unless they are extremely close to your local or their travel is in a very unpopulated area to stay home. If we lose power, the internet, or communications for more than a few days the world begin to deteriorate extremely quickly. Grocery stores and gas station will run out and be emptied in a matter of days. Just 7 days without clean water and the average human starts to go insane. Clean drinkable water is far and away the most vital commodity a household can have.
This is short term survival. If order is not restored with in 1 to 2 weeks a great many citizens will start to parish. Ninety percent of Americans could be dead within 90 days! The cities will be 1st to fall. Tracks of homes and suburbs will be next. Farms will also fall as they will be targets. Communications will be limited to word of mouth or Ham radios, so bugout plans must be done in advance, updated and maintained.
This is what a small group of us are doing. Preparing to house and feed our loved ones or possibly people we have not met yet for 42 months or 3 & /2 years. This is the time period of the "Great Tribulation", The Son of Perdition, the 2-Witnesses for Christ Jesus, and the fall of the Fake Jew nation of Israel.
SURVIVAL IS SOLEY ABOUT SALVATION!
Starving people must be fed before they can receive the good news of Jesus.
Remember according to the Apostle Paul we are present for tribulation but not for wrath. The Wrath of God is, when God shows His face to the world and pours out His 7 vials of judgments full strength upon the world. This is also known as "Day of the Lord" for which Christians are not appointed. This is the final and worst period in human history. Those that have built bunkers and built complexes on Islands will be exposed and wish they were dead. If you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savor you will meet Jesus in the clouds and on His way down to earth.
Whether you die tomorrow or make it all the way thru the "Great Tribulation" to your ultimate destination is determined solely by your unwavering faith in Jesus.
